Dawn Flores
Driven by the conviction that self-actualization is attained through the creative process, multi-disciplinary artist and lead producer Dawn Flores bridges the gap between artistic expression and social advocacy. Her career centers on transformation and reclamation—the belief that what is broken can evolve and be made whole.
Through inclusive, large-scale collaborations, she creates brave spaces to confront difficult truths, guiding communities through collective grief toward restoration. This practice is woven throughout her diverse body of work, including The Forest Project (environmental advocacy), Atonement Works (racial justice), as a producer for Susan Singer's Beyond Barbie Performance Series (women's empowerment), and her current theatrical project, INCARNATE: Circle of Mysteries ~ Closing the Distance.

INCARNATE
Directly building upon the work of Christin Lore Weber and Alisa Fineman, Dawn Flores views this project not as a tribute, but as a living continuation of their ancestral and creative lineage. Her intention is to embody the wisdom within their foundational works and release it into tangible human expression and connection.
The conceptual breakthrough for this passion play emerged from Flores’s personal experience with communal support, intentional gratitude, and intuitive somatic movement. She literally danced the play into existence—demonstrating that resurrection is not just an abstract theological idea, but a daily practice of renewal.
Although the initial concepts were developed between 2006 and 2013, the project's current resurgence is fueled by an urgent global need for new systems of care and local activation. Incarnate has evolved beyond a personal vision to become a necessary response to societal fragmentation. Strengthened by years of professional maturity, the project harnesses the power of theater to inspire radical empathy as the universal response to suffering and reclaim the feminine voice as a sacred authority.
